NN has the ambition to provide an optimal "You experience" to her past, present and future staff in the HR domain. For this reason they wanted to replace the Topdesk solution with ServiceNow HR. Why? With ServiceNow we can leverage synergies between IT, Facilities and HR in ServiceNow. NN also wanted to boost knowledge management processes in the HR organization. And establish global HR processes to the largest extend possible by harmonizing, optimizing and innovating HR processes.
