Today we celebrated the Go Live of our project at Vopak. Vopak was in need of a good solution for stepping up the quality of the HR Services. Creating a friendly user portal within a single system of record handling for HR questions and request we have provided the perfect fit.

- Creating a centralized entry point for all HR related requests, questions and forms through a Service Portal
- Adding knowledge articles to the Service Portal so that Vopak employees can easily find relevant HR information
- Providing an HR Product Services Catalog which creates clarity and is the basis for fulfilling HR requests
- Streamlining and standardizing the flow of the HR requests and questions giving insight of the outstanding requests and workload
- Setting up reports and a management dashboard in order to analyse gathered data and improve the HR process
